Ingredients
- 200 ml PROMIC
- 1 kg cut fruit
- 5 liters water
Steps
- Pour the water into 7-8 Litre capacity container.
- Add 1 kg of slice fruit into bite-sized pieces.
You don’t need to peel for the thin-skin fruits such as apple or pear. - Mix with 200 ml PROMIC.
- Simply stir one-two times.
- Close the lid, not necessarily to be tight.
The fermentation works aerob (with oxygen) or anaerob. The lid serves to prevent insects from entering. - Let stand for 72 hours (3 days).
- Take out the fruit, Juspro (the liquid) is ready to be served. A bit sour, a bit bland, and a bit fizzy taste is the expected taste.

How should I drink Juspro?
Because it’s not a medicine, there really isn’t a dosage or measure, it’s more up to each individual’s taste and ability:
- You can start with 100-200 ml morning and evening.
- It can be mixed into smoothies, juice, coffee or tea.
- Drink it while cold or hot / warm.
- To lose weight, drink 500-1000 ml in an hour. Excess weight can drink 2x the set, morning and night.
- To maintain weight, drink 200 ml in the morning and evening.
- Pregnant women who are breastfeeding can drink it.
- For baby 0-6 months, drip 1 drop to the baby’s lips.
- Babies 6 months can start with 1 tablespoon mixed with water.
